My stay at the hotel had its ups and downs. The rooms were not as clean as expected, and we had to report a faulty door handle. However, the front desk staff was accommodating and quickly assigned us a new room. The non-smoking room had its issues, but we managed to make the best of it.

I must say this hotel was a real disappointment. The rooms looked like something you would see in the movies of a drug house. I'm 67 years old, and I have never been exposed to anything so devastating. I will never stay at another one of your hotels. The rooms had no cover, were very dirty including window treatments, and were filthy and outdated.
